You are on fire

Paint all your walls with sheep and stars.
Cycle with the wind, take the train back.
Dance however your body wants, don't please a room.
Keep the friends you'd choose again.

Life is short, even when I'm only thirty. There is no point in wasting any of it.
I have wasted years doubting whether I was doing it right. Whether I was enjoying it correctly.
I want that time back. I want to fight for it. I want to be on fire.

Everything is set up to put it out. Rain, routine, other people's opinions, my own doubt.
Don't let it go out. You live for yourself and for the people you chose.

You should dream. You should burn bright. You should make -
You shouldn't numb. You shouldn't back down. You shouldn't fill -
No one is coming to build it for you.

Do this by deciding where to spend time.
Do this by deciding to be enthusiastic for what you and others like.
Do this by caring less what others think, and more what you do.

Paint on your walls.
Cycle with the wind.
Dance to your fire.

Think about what you want to have been, at 90, when your body won't do what you ask.
Wherever you are reading this, look around.
Is this where you want to be?
If yes - stay.
If no, what needs to change?
If changeable, change it.
If not: don't extinguish. Burn somewhere else.
